Audience: 3rd-6th Grade Students

Mochi is a Japanese rice cake. This recipe uses Jell-o to flavor a common Japanese dessert. A simple recipe for kids to follow with video instructions.

A video about the Japanese American Incarceration Camps that educates elementary school students about the incarceration camps in a creative way.
